Information we collect
- Account details — name and email you use to sign in.
- Property data — the properties you add and details you choose to store.
- Files and emails — documents you upload or forward (e.g., invoices, statements).
- Derived data — amounts, dates, and categories extracted from your files to help create ledger entries.
- Usage — basic app analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) to improve the product. No ad tracking.
How we use your information
- To provide the service — authentication, showing your dashboard, storing files, and generating suggestions.
- To improve accuracy — tuning our document parsing and category suggestions.
- To support you — responding to support requests and resolving issues.
- To meet legal obligations — for example, handling abuse or complying with lawful requests.
When we share your data
We don’t sell your data. We use trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) to run IntenProp:
- Supabase — database and file storage.
- Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
- Postmark — inbound email processing and transactional email.
- Google Cloud Document AI — reading PDFs/images to extract amounts and dates.
These providers only process data to deliver our service, under their own security and compliance programs.
Your choices and retention
- You can view and delete your files and data inside the app.
- We retain account data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
- Backups may persist for a limited time before being purged.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
