Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Intenprop Pilot product by invited accounting firms and their authorised users.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Intenprop, an accounting firm and its authorised users agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Invitation-Only Pilot Access
Intenprop is currently made available on an invitation-only Pilot basis. Access is granted at Intenprop's discretion following manual onboarding, and may be withdrawn during the Pilot.
Eligibility and Authorised Company Use
Intenprop is intended for use by accounting firms and their authorised staff acting on behalf of that firm. Accounts are associated with a specific company and should not be shared outside that company.
Account Responsibility
Accountants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity that occurs under their account.
Permitted Use
Intenprop may be used to request, submit, review and manage rental-property information as part of an accounting firm's client work.
Prohibited Use
You must not use Intenprop to submit unlawful content, attempt to access another company's data, interfere with the operation of the product, or use the product outside its intended information-collection workflow.
Client Secure Links
Clients access a property schedule request through a secure link sent by an accounting firm. Secure links are personal to the request for which they were issued and should not be shared beyond the intended recipient.
Uploaded Content and Responsibility for Submission
Clients and accounting firms are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of information and documents they submit through Intenprop.
Service Availability and Pilot Changes
Intenprop is a Pilot product and may change, be interrupted or be updated as it develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the Pilot.
Fees and Commercial Arrangements
Pilot access and any associated fees are arranged manually with each accounting firm. Intenprop does not currently provide automated subscription checkout. Where a Professional Annual offer applies, its terms are confirmed directly with the accounting firm.
Intellectual Property
Intenprop and its underlying software remain the property of Intenprop. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the product to a user or accounting firm.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Information submitted through Intenprop is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Intenprop relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. The availability and performance of some functions may depend on those providers.
Disclaimers
Intenprop is an information-collection and workflow tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it does not prepare or lodge tax returns. Accountants remain responsible for professional review and any downstream tax work, and clients remain responsible for the information and documents they submit.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Intenprop is provided on an 'as is' Pilot basis without additional warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability in a way not permitted by applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or end Pilot access, including for a breach of these Terms, misuse of the product or as part of managing the Pilot.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Pilot develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, reflecting Intenprop's Sydney operations. This position is an initial Pilot statement and remains subject to review before production launch.
