Intenprop is a Pilot product built for accounting firms that collect and review rental-property information from their clients.
Why Intenprop
Accounting teams often collect rental-property figures, statements and supporting documents by email. Requests, replies and attachments end up spread across long email threads, and it can be hard to see what is still outstanding.
Intenprop was built to replace that back-and-forth with a single structured request and a secure link that clients can use without creating an account.
What We Are Building
Intenprop lets an accounting firm send a property schedule request to a client, review what is submitted, ask for specific missing or corrected information, and mark a schedule complete once it is ready for downstream tax work.
The product is intentionally focused on this workflow. It is not a general practice-management system or a client relationship tool.
Our Pilot Approach
Intenprop is currently available on an invitation-only Pilot basis. New accounting firms are onboarded directly, and Pilot support is handled personally rather than through self-service tools.
We are using this Pilot period to confirm the workflow is genuinely useful for accounting teams before building further features.
